• Giving & Payments: All debit/credit card details and Gift Aid information are processed securely through trusted, PCI-compliant systems. We do not store your card details on our own servers.

• Attendance Records: Information about attendance at church events is kept for administrative purposes, pastoral care, and safeguarding.

• Children & Youth: Any details relating to children or young people are handled in line with safeguarding guidelines, kept strictly confidential, and only accessible to those who need it for pastoral or safety reasons.

We comply fully with the Church of England and diocesan guidelines on data protection and safeguarding.
